Titan Inventory Manager Advanced

Titan Inventory Manager Advanced is a powerful yet simple-to-use tool that will allow you to consolidateyour inventory collection data on a PC to review, edit, validate, report and export the information for your customer. Using Titan Inventory Manager Advanced you will have the power and flexibility to ensure that your inventory is completed accurately and on time.

Some of these features include:

View Inventory Data During The Inventory Process:

  • View the number of transmissions received
  • View the time the last transmission was received
  • View the number of transmissions processed
  • View the number of Areas, Locations and/or Categories processed
  • View the total inventory financial amount

Changes and Validation

Allows for altering the data and passes it through the same Titan System validation module that was used on the handheld during initial data collection. The altered data in the database is flagged to indicate that it has been altered and the original entries are maintained for audit trail purposes.

Exporting the Inventory

Raw data can be exported to different file formats (ASCII delimited file, Excel File, or any ODBC complaint database)

Reporting

Incorporate your customer’s data descriptions, headers and logos in all your reporting. Configure reports to run automatically when specified events occur, such as new transmissions received, variance criteria flags or at the end of the inventory during final close out.
